Hi Doc my name is Dwight from Philippines i am having some kind of skin infection where my leg is affected..... the area that is affected is beginning to be red, itchy, the skin looks like shiny and loose, its dry, it spreads, when I straighten my leg my knee is wrinkled also the affected part aches, what kind of infection is this? Is it cellulitis or erythrasma? What kind of treatment should i do? Thank you!
