OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi. I have gone through your question. Delayed periods and sore breasts are suggestive of pregnancy. Brown spotting may none due to:
1. Haemorrhage around the foetus(subchorionic haemorrhage)
2. Missed abortion
3. Ectopic pregnancy
I suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test done. If it is positive, then you should urgently consult an OBGYN specialist, get an ultrasound done and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
