Hello,

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. You fasting level is good. But your post-meal is showing a mild increase.
2. Serum cholesterol mildly elevated.
3. You need not start on any medication for diabetes or increased cholesterol. Weight reduction, aerobic exercises, and diet control are necessary.
4. Also, continue medications for hypertension.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prakash H Muddegowda
