Is Bloating, Nausea After A Medical Abortion Through Pill A Side Effect Or Incomplete Abortion ?
Hi dr, I had an abortion last may 20, 2011 through taking a pill. I bleeded the whole night and a blood cloth came out...by the way i was 5 weeks pregnant that time. Week after I am sufferring from stomach bloating, nausea untill now. Is it the effect of the pill or the abortion was incomplete?

bloating, nausea are side effects of pill but it will disappear in 4-5 days after using abortion pill. Bloating and nausea may be due to stress, sedentary life style.
But for safer practice you should confirm incomplete abortion by USG scan if bleeding also continue.
Eat healthy diet, tablet pantoprazole plus domperidone 30 minutes before meal, take small frequent meal, drink lemon soda, start walking like mild exercise.
