With the above history there are many possibilities including pregnancy and implantation bleeding, threatened abortion, fibroids, polyps , ovarian cysts, hormone dysfunction, trauma, urine infection etc. if you suspect pregnancy get a urine test 1 weeks after the expected day of period or a blood test earlier to rule it out.
