Is Azithral Harmful For Children With Special Needs?
my son has high fever 104 with pain in legs. He is a special child and cannot explain if there is pain in his body, but he is limping which shows that he might be having pain in his legs. has vomitted once, not eating anything. I am giving him calpol. Is Azithral harmful in this case ?
