Hi, welcome to HCM.
Your baby has nose block due to which he is not able to sleep at night. Sometimes, nose block can interfere with sleep in children.
You can give saline nasal drops like nasoclear for this. There is no need to give nebulisation with asthalin unless your child has wheezing in chest.
I suggest you to give only nasal drops and if you feel that she is still having problem then you should get her chest examined by a doctor.
I hope this has helped you. Take care.
