Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Yes, apple cider vinegar may be helpful to some extent but it does not make the underlying cause go away. Try to avoid alcoholic drinks and smoking. Eat at timely regular intervals and prefer bland diet. Take Pantaprazole twice daily for 2 weeks morning before eating and night after eating. Make sure to know any gluten or lactose sensitivity stomach you have, if present avoid those. Try to sleep early and leave at least 2 hrs gap before sleeping after eating at night. If the symptoms still persist consult a gastroenterologist and undergo an endoscopy examination as to exactly know the cause( erosion, ulcers) and further treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Apple cider vinegar may be effective to some extent but it does not provide over all solution. Avoid all the alcohol and alcoholic drinks, smoking. Try to eat at timely regular intervals and try to have bland diet. Sleep early and give at least 2 hours gap in between sleep time and meals time. Take pantaprazole twice daily for 2 weeks morning before eating and after eating at night. Observe if you have any gluten/lactose sensitivity and avoid these foods if present. If condition does not improve even after all these consult an gastroenterologist for endoscopy to know exact cause (ulcers, erosion, polyps) and further treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
