Is Anxiety The Cause Of Nausea And Tiredness?

I take Celexa for anxiety and have not had any problems for about 5 years, but lately I have had three episodes where I have experienced a heated pins and needles feeling that starts at the base of my head in my neck and travels down my arms and chest and back. I also experience nausea and then I feel very tired. Could this be all part of the anxiety or do you think it suggests another problem?
