Is Abortion Possible Just After C Section?

hi, my wife has had a baby 6 months ago by c cection, we have just found out she is now 3 months pregnant again, we really did not want to have another baby, we went to a hospital today to have a abortion but we are in thailand (she is thai I am english) and it is ileagal to have a abortion here, but we did find a hospital that would do it, but they said no because she had a c cection and it has not been 2 years for it to heal, can u tell me if this is the case in the western word, we would go to the UK if she could have a abortion there, i also thought it was bad for ur body to evern have a baby to soon after a c cection

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
After a caesarean section, the uterus stitches do need some time to heal properly and to gain strength. Since your wife is three months pregnant, it is risky for hetr to have a D&C so soon after a major surgery.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
