Is abdominal pain and light headedness with little fever related to appendicitis ?

20 year old daughter with light headedness pain in stomach center radiating to right but ruled out appendicitis and chest pain History of gas problems but also has a temp of 99 100 Could this all be gas related?

Gas doesn't lead to fever..You might be suffering from some kind of infection and you need a course of antibiotics.
