report of HSG:Fallopion Tube are visualised and there is a suggestion of spillage of contrast material into the peritoneal cavity.
what is this remedy? and is this a big problem? how it is solve? is it need to surgery? and if surgery required what will be the cost of surgery ?plz help

The report means that you fallopian tubes are perfectly normal. As the tubes are patent the contrast will spill into the peritoneal cavity.
If this test was ordered to check tube patency fwd infertility then you don't need any surgery for the same.
