Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

LCZ and Bricanyl syrup are for cold only. But you need to follow some precautions also like: avoid cold drinks, avoid ice creams, avoid fried food from outside, cover mouth while sneezing, and no handshake with a person having cold.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Deepak Patel
