Hello Sir , Indians per say has lower Hdl cholesterol.
Hdl is the good cholesterol and in an male adult should be more than 40 . So higher hdl it is better.
Though 30 is not an urgency and will not put at immediate risk of heart attack , however we should treat to prevent future events
Of all the medication you have mentioned there is no statin, which should be taken considering your past angioplasty so future new blocks don't develop and will also decrease your bad cholesterol Ldl and increase hdl .
Another way to increase Hdl cholesterol is regular 45 mins of aerobic exercise everyday .
Hoping I could help you .
