Is Ezetimibe for controlling cholesterol? If so, whats the side effects, and do you get body aches or leg pains?

hi.welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.ezetimibe is drug to reduce the absorption of cholesterol but not recommended now a days as monotherapy.leg pain and bodyache may be a problem because of its side effect.it also causes diarrhoea,hepatitis,myscle degredation etc.it would be better if you consult prescribing doctor to rule out other causes.take care.
