Irregular Periods. Taken Ovral, Regular After Medication. Missing Periods, Negative Pregnancy Tests. Any Ideas?
my periods were irregular so my doctor suggested me ovral-l but he also said that after 3 months when i stop these pills there will b max chances of conceiving. i finished the 3 months course a month before nd my periods were also regular but as this month i missed my periods i thought m pregnant its almost 7-8 days passd for my periods date but when i took a pregnancy test its showing negative
Hi, Thanks for the query. After stopping contraceptive pills it will take some time for regularization of hormonal levels. So the delay in your periods could be due to that. And also urine pregnancy test kit may not detect early pregnancy sometimes. So you once go for blood test for pregnancy, which will clarify the doubt. If the test comes negative, you consult gynecologist and take tablets for withdrawal bleeding. Take care.
