Irregular Menstruation With Cramps. Altered Blood Flow. Reason?
Hi I usually have a 7 day period and always always after the 4th day I have no more cramps and it usually dries up and excuse the nastiness but the blood usually turns brown that happened this time as well bit today Is my 6the day and out of nowhere I have cramps again and fresh red blood! Is that normal?? Why did this happen??

this is called primary dysmenorrhoea and to reduce the pains you need to start taking an antispasmodic a day or two prior to your menses and continue thruoghout menses. however, this would naturrally resolve after your first delivery.
