Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic,
My advise at present may be irrelevant to you but it will be helpful in future.
Whenever child gets loose motions , it is better to give sips of oral rehydrating solutions to prevent dehydration.
ORS, coconut water, lemon water and dal water can be given.
Hydration should be monitored by seeing at tongue for moisture, skin turgor, activity and urine output.
Probiotic, zinc supplementation will help to decrease the loose stools and some times antibiotic will treat the bacterial causes of diarrhea, so you should consult a doctor to assess the hydration and specific management.
Hope i have addressed your query.
