Infant Diagnosed With Stomach Infection, Yellow Stool, Fever. What Is Wrong?

My baby is 10months old and is diagnoised by a stomach infection yesterday. We consulted a doctor and started medication for the same. Yesterday he had fever , and was passing yellowish loose stool , but today fever is reduced but he started passing watery stool from morning. Baby is fine not tored or dehydrated, but Is passing watery stool fine?or Shall we checkup with doctor again?

ORS solution preferred. minimum 4 times in a day. avoid milk and water for diet. ofloxicin syrup twice in a day
