Infant. Loose And Green Stools After Introducing Cerelac Porridge With Breastfeeding. Serious?

Hi doc, Iam a mother of months, i have been breastfeeding my baby untill 2 weeks ago when i introduced cerelac porridge, few days later my baby developed loose stool and started pooping greenish pupoo what could be the problem, is green poop be dangerious child? despite this may baby looks health and active. please help

green dirrhea is caused by infection
walmycin is given 2 times daily
sporolac, a probiotic one sachet is given daily
plenty of fluids orally
double boiled rice with curd
if no improvement within 2-3 days
better consult pediatrician
