Hi, Thanks for your query,
Incomplete bowel evacuation presently very common to many people. I would like to tell you a small Technic for this problem, follow and tell me later.

1. Take 3 glasses of warm and mild salty water soon after awakening from the bed. Wait for 15 to 20 minutes and then go to the bathroom.
2. JS Ralax Powder will make complete evacuation of your bowel but unfortunately it can not avail everywhere. If you need please let me know I will send it to you.

Feeling of incomplete bowel movement should not be taken lightly. You should consult a gastroenterologist and get a colonoscopy done to rule out any pathology in the rectum or colon.
Taking laxatives for bowel movement is not advisable as they are habit forming and very difficult to wean. Instead plenty of fluid intake and fresh vegetables in the diet should be resorted to.

Incomplete Evacuation in commonly seen with some Intestinal infection like Amoebiasis.
You complete the course of Metronidazole 400 mg tid for 7 days, it will definately work.
please stop all anti-consipation drug as it will invaribly cause after-constipation.
nothing to worry about this,it should get cured .

Hi, the feeling of incomplete evacuation idicates few common causes. viz.-
-less fibers & liquids in diet -can be mamaged by more of vegetables ,salads &fruits with at least 12 to 15 glasses of liquid ,including water intake in a day. A big glass of luke warm water consumtion should be first intake every morning.avoid fast food.
-Lac of sufficient bodily movements, lac of exercises, sitting job . -have to include regular exercises in daily routine(At least 45 minutes )
-Irregular habbit of eating &bowel movement . Should be corrected. An attampt to evacuate bowels 15 mts after morning water consumtion at a fixed time may help.
-Intestinal infestation with amoebiasis or worms need to be investigated &treated. Sticky stools ,associated with pain, itching in the anal region are some signs of such conditions.

You need to increase your fiber content and not liquid content. Develop reflex just as move for toilet immediately after having morning glass of water or bed tea. avoid constipating agent as sleep pill, be regular with your balanced meals , avoid fast food and do not skip meals, let there be no tension. In Ayurveda first line of treatment is isabgol husk, next is trila , next harar next powder of jang harar, next gulkand , If all these fail then senna based compounds and even if this fails to work then jamalgota is used after proper purification.
