I'm 18. Can I Have A Heart Attack?

I am 5 9 and weigh 135 lb. Sometimes I feel slight discomfort in my chest and arm... especially when I m nervous. A few months ago, my arm even went numb. My dad s side of the family has a history of heart disease ... in fact, he had a massive heart attack last week (he s 52). I used to exercise frequently but stopped last year due to a back injury. Also, my diet has been poor lately and consists of mostly junk food. I do not take any medication. Am I being paranoid, or should I be worried?
