Hi well come to HCM.
Difficulty is definately there in getting pregnant because cycles are very irregular
so one can not judge ovulation, best way is not to take any contraceptive pills and
when it happens accept it. keep tring.Yes woman with polycystic ovaries can definately deliver normal baby. thanks
