Hi, I m 14 female. And I have never had sex. But the other night I masturbated(it wasn t my first time doing so). And the next morning it was really sore . And swollen. And there s like a bump on my clitoris . My vagina lips are swollen and this has been going on for three days and has not gotten better. Today I realized there s a really thick almost mucasy white discharge coming from my vagina. How can I get this to go away?

you have not mention the method of masturbation .
if you have use any object to penetrate ,there is high chance of infection
what you have right now is sign of infection and inflammation
you need to consult doctor
if you dont want than take analgesic ,antibiotic medicine
dont do it again for a wk .
