karatoconus in the right eye 1.35D with left eye minus 1.5 axis 60 degree, please help by guiding what is the precaution to be taken and a treatment

Keratoconus occurs becuase of inherent weakness of Collagen Fibres of the Cornea. It's natural progression can not be prevented. the only treatment available is collagen cross linknig known as C3R. C3R may not revert the condition but helps in preventing further progression by increasing the strength of collgen by up to 300%.
