I Have Light Brown Stools With Black Spots, What Is Wrong With Me ?

When I go to the bathroom, I have light brown stools with black spots--there not entirely solid. I also have some mild stomach pain. I had a colonoscopy two years ago and it was fine. I'm 40. Should I get another one?
