I have had abdominal pain

I've had abdominal pain for two months. The pain is sometimes sharp, sometimes dull. It occurs everywhere: upper, lower, middle, left and right. I am very nauseous, sometimes I'll get a funny taste in my mouth. I have gas more often than I used to. My joints are pretty sore. I get severe headaches. I've lost my appetite, I rarely eat. I get really bad chest pains, especially when I take deep breaths. It also feels like, every once in awhile, somethins is moving in my stomach, but I'm not pregnant. Help?

You seem to have a severe gastritis problem that needs to be treated..alll your symptoms that you are facing will get resolved with proper and regular treatment. Also doing a endoscopy will help you to see what exactly is going wrong inside that is causing so many problems.
