I Have Had A Constant Headache, Please Suggest What Should Be A Normal BP Level ?
I have had a headache for past 24 hours. Just taken my BP which is 109/71 pulse rate 83. I am 38years old female. Is this pressure okay ?

Yes the blood pressure levels are okay. Normal blood pressure is a range. It usually ranges between 110/70 to 140/90. The headache maybe from some other reasons.

this BP lies in the normal range but if your previous BP has been high then it is low for you. For Headache first get your eye checkup done. if you are having headache in half head then it might be an attack of migraine.

Hello.Welcome.Ideal bloodressure is 120/80 mm of HG.your BP is absolutely normal.As far as your headache is concerned it can be due to various reasons.Just take some routine analgesic.If you don't get releif then consult your doctor.Good luck.
