I Have Been Experiencing Very Sharp Stabbing Pain Under My Left Breast When I Breathe
I am experiencing very sharp stabbing pain under my left breast. some pain is in my left shoulder and neck too. It hurts worse when I breathe deep and exhale. it also hurts when I lay on my left side and when I bend forward to touch my toes. What could this be?

I really appreciate your concern, this could be muscular pain and this type of pain could be due to poor posture first thing need to be done is maintaining the posture during routine and while sleeping if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicines
1) Tab Acetaminophen with Diclofenac three times in day
2) Tab Chlorzoxazone twice in day
