I Have A Dry Whitish Layer Formed On Some Part Of The Penis. Is It Any Skin Infection?
I have a dry whitish layer formed on some part of the penis that gets cleared when washed and comes back in 2-3 days.There is no irritation or pain. Is this some skin infection??

less likely to sum infection if u r asyptommatic abt it, likely to be what one calls smegma,google it to know more.
