Hi Reema, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Since you said that your Periods are Regular, you will have very good chances, more than 50 % chances of Pregnancy even if you have PCOS, since you will be ovulating regularly. The Problem arises if your Periods are Irregular. You said your Hisband has no Vas deferens which may be its congenital absence. This condition is responsible for 1 percent to 2 percent of all infertility in men. In such cases, you may want speak to your Doctor, your family and Opt for IVF.

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a year now and it was not a success. I just started to see an OB/GYN to evaluate myself and making sure I m ok and from what my doctor says I m fine, my egg levels are great and after using the ovulation kit it is showing that I am ovulating each month. My husband also just recently went to an Urologist who specialist in fertility and after a physical examination of my husband the doctor said he couldn’t feel my husband s vas deferens. He also mentioned that since the vas deferens is form from the same tissue as the kidneys, the doctor is afraid my husband could possibly have one kidney. He did order an ultra sound to confirm how many kidney my husband have and from what I can see on the screen my husband have two. I have done some research and a man without a vas deferens can be genetics but no one in my husband s family have problem with fertility. So I wonder how could it possibly be. I am wondering how does the vas deferens feel like and could it possibly be that the doctor miss it.

I am a 38-year-old male, 6 ft in height and 87 kgs in weight. I had been diagnosed with moderate scalp Psoriasis in late 2007, after which I went in for homeopathic treatment for nearly a year. There was a some relief and I discontinued treatment in 2009. In 2010 I developed reddish Psoriatic rashes on my chest for which I have been under no specific medication. Now in 2011, a semen sample analysis was done for me in connection with efforts for my wife's conceiving a second child. The results showed male infertility with my condition being termed Oligo Asthena Teraspermia (OAT) which is essentially a negative on all three factors of male fertility. I happened to learn that immunological disorders like Psoriasis contribute to Male infertility in at least 10% of the cases. Is this true? And should I see a connection between my two conditions?
