I Got A Sore Throat After Using Bleach

i cleaned my kitchen the night before last with bleach and then with windex. i woke up yesterday with a sore throat and that has turned into the worst head cold i ve ever had. i can t breath through my nose and cold medicine isn t working. i can t sit up very long. i just want to sleep but i can t breathe so i can t sleep. should i be worried? will this go away on its own with time or should i go to a hospital?

This appears to be an allergic reaction to the chemicals you have used for cleaning. You need to consult your doctor for a thorough examination. For your nasal congestion and throat pain you can use saline nasal drops 3-4times/day, drink plenty of warm water and do steam inhalation.
