I Fell On The Ice And Now I Have A Severe Pain In My Knee
I fell on the ice today and now have servere pain in my knee . What do I do?

Hi,
If there is only pain & no swelling, chances that it may be an minor injury which will heal by itself in 7-10 days with the help of pain-killer, serratiopeptidase,& local heat-cold application
But, if it is associated with a swellling, Consult a doctor, go for an X-ray to rule out any facture, & apply Knee brace
