Hi,thanks for query.Bleeding during sex may be due to local infection or friction due to dryness or some other cause. It is better that you visit a gynecologist and get in examination of your private parts done.In cases where infection is found a course of antibiotic will take care of it.But diagnosis is must, you must not ignore this problem. Please visit your doctor.
wishing you good health.
