The normal levels of testosterone can be from 250-850 depending on the age and life style so the level you have is 592 which is normal.The other report is of thyroid and it suggests that you have probably hyperthyroid that is your body metabolism can be increased due to the condition.Please see if you have any symptoms like increased appetite but you have weight loss;hairloss;anxiety;hot flushes ;nausea;loss of desire for sex;and tremors;weakness;muscle pain etc.These are symptoms of hyperthyroid and even these can lead to early release of semen due to anxiety.Please consult a Physician near by and get treated for the condition if you have.
