I Am Swollen, Weak, Hate Doctors, And Am Dying Of Congestive, Please Suggest Me

i am swollen, weak, hate doctors, and am dying of congestive heart disease, how are you? just how bad are the doctors and zany nurses in the us? should we exxpect them to give a damn? is that an absurd question? should they explain carefully what to do and what to expect if the know you have congestive heart failure? they just kept telling me it was diabetes and to injrct the insulin and eat less etc. they encourged more exercise. i realize this summer taht exercise can easily kill a patient with congestive heart failure. they never said a mumbling word. the nurse made freiendly little jokes about it, well, mr. x how to you want to die! ha ha ha ha! and i laughed with her. but later i wondered. i suspect she halfway meant it just what she said. on smart old teacher once said to me, listen to the jocular man, he is saying what is on his mind.

I am sorry to hear that you are very sick, and yes congestive heart failure is one of the side effects of diabetes . And you were right in your last line, admittedly her bedside manner was lousy but maybe she hadn't a clue how to say it otherwise. You need to ask your Dr. the questions you want answered and tell him you don't want them sugar coated, you want the facts . I doubt that Dr's. are all that different in other places. I am talking this way because I to am at a cross road in health and in order for me to deal with it, I want the truth, I had kidney cancer, it came back and I have less the 2/3 of one kidney, (No back up ) I was born with only one, I also have diabetes. You do the math. I'm not waa waaing, but yes, I do get depressed and I can see that you are to. But, if they won't volunteer what you need to know, You have to lay it on the line and tell them you want to know.
