Hi Sona, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
If you are getting a frequent headache,Kindly get yourself examined by a ENT Specialist to rule out sinusitis as you will need antibiotics and analgesics. Drink Plenty of water and it is always advisable to have a Head bath twice or thrice weekly.
Get regular steam inhalations and eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Avoid stress and maintain a healthy weight. Apply warm compresses to your face, Rinse out your nasal passages and sleep with your head elevated, This will help your sinuses drain, reducing congestion.

Wish you Good Health, Take Care.

Hi Sona,

There is no problem in washing your head daily, provided you towel it dry after bath and do not leave it wet for long time. Sinusitis may not be caused by your daily head bath, but due to other reasons such as allergy to dust, viral infection etc. Sinusitis can cause headache.
