i am 34 no married, 4 daughters, when i was 14 years i sexually distrubed i started hand practice, till 23... now i am sexually very weak, weigt loss, hair loss , skin is not tight just like old man. my penis is small, thick and not straight, i m not confidence from my penis, it is painful

Thanks for query,
It seems that you are having generalized weakness and under nourishment.
Consult physician to rule out any under lying pathology.
Go for Xray chest,blood,urine check up.
If every thing is normal then go go for,
High nourishing diet,milk,eggs,pulses,
Good fat and carbohydrate diet.
More green veges and fruits,
Take multivitamin supplements,B.complex,Iron etc.
Do not worry about your habit,it was natural.
