welcome to healthcare magic
As you cannot visualize the sperm with naked eye.You cannot say about sperm in the urine ,until proved by microscopic examination of urine .So it appears a misconception.Certain amount of urethral discharge is very common ,especially after some infection, before urination or after sexual excitement. So get complete urine Examination done to rule out the cause. Wish free from your problem sooner than you expect.
