I Am Having Extremely Painful Cramps. How To Get Rid Of Them ?

Hey I am on my period and I am having extremely painful cramps and i don t know what to do to try and get rid of them Please help I feeling very sick!

First take some pain killers. Secondly a hot bath would def help. You'll stop bleeding while your in there and it gives the meds a chance to kick in. If a bath is not an option, try something heated to put over your tummy. Sorry you feel bad. The most important thing is to try to stay still and relax. The more you tense up, the more you'll be in pain.
