I Am Getting Heart Palpitations. EKG Is Normal

it just started the other day but when im playin basketball or football i get really weird heart palpitations and i got a ekg done and they said i was fine but this is getting annoying and im a 19 yr old male thats in shape

Thanks for your query
If you do not have any risk factor like diabetes of lipid disorder, or a congenital heart diasese, then it is unusual to have a cardiac problem at this age. But if the problem of palpitation is persisting or increasing then you must see a cardiologist where you need to be physically examined and a few other tests like echocardiography, stress test may be required to rule out a cardiac issue. ECG being normal does not always mean that everything is fine.
