thanks for the query.
farting/flatulence can be one of the symptom of irritable bowel syndrome generally seen in young adults who are more anxious, nervous and stressed. If your symptoms are chronic you need to see a gastro enterologist, also consumption of high fibre foods like cabbage, beans are prone to cause excess flatulence, so watch your diet, modify your diet and see if your symptoms go down. That should help you. take care.

Pathologist and Microbiologist Dr. R. Rehan Baig's  Response
dear friend, this is a common problem occuring due to infection in our stomach with nervousness. If its foul smelling , then you take 2 tablets of secnidazole [secnil forte]. This tablet cleans up your intestines and you will get relief. Fight nervousness by doing regular physical exercises, good personal hygiene with good perfume.

You are probably anxious or nervous about something and it causes you to fart. Kinda like when I was little, some kid was really nervous at a spelling bee and didn't know how to spell a word so he pooped his pants. You just gotta man up and realize there's nothing to be nervous about. If you fart, laugh it off - the worst is trying to hide it when it smells horrible and you know everyone around you can smell it.
