I am 30 years old and i am getting delayed periods for 8 months. Is it because of age factor or any other health issues ?

Hi, I am 30. From past 6-8 months, I notice that my monthly cycle duration is increasing. Like, it used to be 28 days and now its almost like 35-40 days. Also, the flow has reduced, which worries me.

Delay in periods should not worry you. Only if there is excessive bleeding you have to be concerned.
