Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
You are having High blood pressure and being treated with various drugs, like Beta blocker,Calcium channel blocker and Valsartan which is a Angiotensin receptor blocker, and Aldactone, if your BP is 175/75 mm of Hg
there is need to adjust dose so as to reduce BP specially systolic pressure.
Your question about aspirin which you are taking is low dose aspirin that acetyl salicylic acid which acts as anti platelet agent in this dose.
You can take any brand which is good and available it is in 75 to 150 mg/day as it causes some gastric upset so it is advisable to take it after food. This is given as prophylaxis and proven to prevent cardiovascular events.
Take care of diet that is low salt diet taking less than 3 gm/day and following regular exercise like brisk walking 30 to 45 minutes daily will help to keep fit.
Please take care.
Good Luck.
