Hurt Hand, Vein Burst, Internal Bleeding, Red Mark. Applied Ice And Petroleum Jelly. Does This Leave A Mark?

after hitting my hand continuously (it was my a person who hit me continuously with his palm) i think my vein bursted causing internal bleeding , i saw red and purple marks suddenly. does this leave a mark? how can i cure it fast. i applied some ice and petroleum jelly to my hand afterwards and the mark lightened a bit

As you say a small vessel would have leaked leading to blood leaking out with a clot forming there. The clot will be broken down with your body absorbing the contents over a period of 2-3 weeks and the color should get back to normal. If there has been no skin laceration etc no scar should generally remain.
