Hsg test shows bilateral blockage in left tube, ultrasound shows right tube open. Treatment options?

hey i went for a hsg test and the results were a had a bilateral i went forlalhealing prayer and the priest said that i was be wiched.after the prayers i went for a scanning and the doctor said the right tube is open but the left one hs bilateral there atreatment for 19years old and got married this yea

Firstly, it is unnatural to interpret a HSG report different at different times.
If there is a blockage in one / two tubes, then you have to be get operated. Because, if there is blockage, then fertilization can not take place and this may lead to infertility.
A simple procedure is done for this disease - the blockage is tried to open by introducing air.
One important point is , after doing HSG, the blockage sometimes get opened.
So, consult with a gynaecologist for further management as I previously told.
