How To Use Tampons Instead Of Pads?

Women only please... unless you men like talking about periods! lol? When Im on my period I try to use those SUPER flow tampons .. the biggest tampons I can find, but it seems like they arent even working. I try to get it up as far as I can because thats what the box says to do.. but no more than about 5 minutes later I can feel that Im leaking. So once I tried putting 2 tampons in at the same time side by side and it seemed to work. But I hate thinking that I might forget one up there sometime.. I hate wearing pads!! What should I do?! I absolutely hate this time of the month!! Also, Im curious.. when do you get PMS?? I always know when Im going to start because I get especially bit hy about a week before and I can tell when Im getting annoyed easy. Anyone else like that?

I'd recommend you try out a form of birth control. Birth control will regulate the hormones, eliminating or decreasing your PMS symptoms as well as to lighten your flow and shorten your period.
