How To Treat The Stomach Pain And Nausea For A Person Diagnosed With IBS?

I have been having bad upper stomach pains and really bad neasea for the last few days. Today my stools are green. I was diagnosed with IBS soon after I had my gall bladder removed. Now my stomach pain and nasea is more frequent and its worst any time I take meds. What could be the problem?

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Bile Induced IBS -post Cholecystectomy BAM(Bile Acid Malabsorption).
Treatment-
cholestyramine-2-10 gm/ per day would resolve the diarrhea induced by Bile acids.
Tab Bentyl 1 x 2-3 times a day.
Tab-Vit B12-2500 mcg per week
This would bind the uncontrolled direct loads of bile acids and would reduce the PCD-post-cholecystectomy diarrhea.

Hope this would help you to solve your health issues in the best way possible.
Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Good Day!!
