I am 42 yrs woman, i am facing severe pain in lower side of Virginia up to back, and is suffering from irregular periods from last many years (in every 15 days). I am having serve pain during & after sex as well (entire day) and is an Anemic, High BP & Suger patient, also i am suffering from polio since childhood.

Kindly advice as now a days my doctor is proposing me Gluformin 1gms; Amaryl 2mg; cardace 10mg; Tonact 10mg; Ocid 20mg.
