my wife hypothyroid taking thyronorm 50mcg since 1 month before she take only 25mcg dose is increase after confirm of pregnancy today i have test again report say T3 is 86.4 T4 13.00 and TSH 4.05 so plies guide what dose is recommended of thyronorm or any other tablet my wife is pregnant

Usually, most patients haven't advised any medication while they are pregnant as this may affect the foetus. So the only opinion is to meet up the gynecologist and discuss these. Since the month is not known it is difficult to look for the accuracy of the dosage.

Having a recheck And only after a thorough clinical examination, the dosage has to be decided.
